Students are required to complete the project with the given time frame (I.E you can't make your project before the hackathon starts). 

Students have to make a detailed three minute video explaining their project. 

Teams can only be as large as 4 people. 

Students are required to attend the opening and closing ceremony but can attend the workshops per their will.
