With decades of experience across charter operations, sales, executive leadership, and aviation-focused M&A, and as Founder and CEO of Leviate Air Group, Luis has built and scaled both brokerage and Part 135 operations. He understands how incentives differ, where independence matters, and why collaboration between brokers and operators only works when roles are clear and trust is earned.
