About the challenge

Join us for Wackathon 2023! An in-person hackathon, hosted in the beautiful city of Bath, for Women and Gender Minorities.

You will have 24 hours to solve a problem in the field of Smart Cities in a team of up to four participants, with the chance of winning some of our exclusive prizes through our tracks.

With support from our industry partners there will be an opportunity for all participants to network and broaden professional contacts. Our company connections have further opportunities to fund tracks, provide goodies, judge categories and give prizes. All while meeting talented Women and Gender Minorities from all around the UK.

Being a Woman or Gender Minority in technology is not always easy. With so few around, we are excited for an event designed for everyone to meet the other brilliant and powerful members of our community. Catered exactly for you, this safe, encouraging, and invested space.
