BCS Hacks is the biggest flagship event of UBC's BCS Program! This year we are celebrating 10 years of our partnership with Axiom Zen!

Our core theme this year is INNOVATION and INSPIRATION - push the boundaries of technology and make an impact in the tech community. Become a driving force in innovation and leadership!

Requirements

What to Build

BCS Hacks 2025 will feature 5 tracks and 5 prize categories at opening ceremony + included in your information packages. Make sure to attend opening to get a better understanding of these tracks and prize categories!

  5. BCS Community Favourite - Peer Judging (automatically considered)

What to Submit

All projects MUST include the following:

  • Github Link - all team members must be included in the submission
  • 2 Minute Demo Video 
  • Make sure to fill out the entire Devpost submission - include the tracks you used and select a maximum of 2 prize categories
  • Project submission deadline: March 30th @ 12:00PST - LATE SUBMISSIONS NOT ACCEPTED

There will be LIVE judging but not all projects will receive the same number of judges. Your demo videos is one of the first thing a judge will see!
