The Bath Computer Science Society's official hackathon is back for 2025, and it's bigger than ever. Join us for an entire day (literally) for hacking, learning, building, and sharing fun memories with your friends.
The goal is simple: build something cool that will impress the judges, and win some of our incredible prizes. We're looking for innovation and creativity, not just sheer complexity. It's super fun, inclusive, and perfect for all levels of ability.
It's open to all students at Bath and we have loads of non-CS participants joining us every year. Are you ready for the best 24 hours of your life?
Requirements
You can build any sort of project, whether that includes coding or not. You'll also need to follow the guiding theme of one or more of our tracks. You don't have to commit to tracks at the start, but you'll need to specify the tracks you're running for towards the end of the hackathon.
If you do write code, you'll need to submit a link to a Git repository (e.g. through GitHub). This will need to be public and you must add a free software license of your choice, e.g. in a LICENSE.md file.
If you're not writing code, please submit any design files or anything else that's relevant in the Devpost upload.
