I've had a disappointing experience with GTPL's customer support. My internet connection was unstable, and getting help from their team was a struggle. Calls and emails were mostly ignored, and when I did get through, the advice was ineffective. Technicians' appointments were repeatedly rescheduled, often without my input, and the issues persisted even after visits. Third Class Services every time, whenever I complain about internet issues they are very quick and resume services within just 2 or 3 days. It's so fast in this time. they are thinking that ours is a office connection so there's no need to attend a complaint immediately. Cancelling the connection today with 4 months subscription ..... 0 star is not available so giving 1 star....

This is an extremely bad and bogus application — a total waste of time. There is absolutely no resolution for any complaint related to GTPL services. I have raised multiple complaints and sent several emails regarding my slow internet speed, but there has been no response at all from the company — neither a reply nor a solution. Instead of proper customer support, they have deployed chatbots that give only stereotyped, automated replies. Pathetic service and a completely terrible experience. 👎
