BLF ACADEMY
At the pulse of knowledge driving today’s blockchain legal revolution.
The BLF community keeps growing — and with it, our commitment to providing even more value to our members. As part of this next step, we’re launching the BLF Academy, a new initiative designed to deliver in-depth, expert-led education and certifications on blockchain regulation across multiple jurisdictions.
The Academy will officially launch on April 1, 2026, with three specialization tracks addressing some of the most pressing regulatory topics in the digital asset ecosystem.
Participants may enroll in one specialization or complete all three tracks to earn the BLF Academy Certification.
Each specialization consists of up to 10 weekly live sessions (1.5 hours each) and concludes with a certification exam. Sessions will be taught by leading practitioners and experts from multiple jurisdictions.
Specialization Tracks
• Stablecoins — Starting April 1 (Wednesdays, 4 PM CET)
• Web3 Compliance — Starting May 5 (Tuesdays, 4 PM CET)
• Tokenization & Real-World Assets (RWA) — Starting June 4 (Thursdays, 4 PM CET)
This introductory course establishes the conceptual, monetary, and regulatory foundations necessary to understand stablecoins within the evolving digital monetary system. It provides a structured analysis of stablecoin models, their interaction with CBDCs and traditional banking, and the emerging global regulatory architecture, with MiCA (EU) and the U.S. “GENIUS” framework as primary legal anchors.
This course provides the conceptual and legal foundations for understanding tokenization and real-world assets (RWAs) in the evolving digital asset ecosystem. It explores the transition from digital representations to fully on-chain assets, core principles such as digital ownership, token standards, custody and key control, and the structures behind issuance, asset backing, and market infrastructure, alongside investor rights and operational risks through practical case studies.
This course introduces the core principles of crypto compliance and AML/CFT in digital asset markets. It analyzes market abuse risks—including insider trading, wash trading, spoofing, and pump-and-dump schemes—alongside market integrity principles drawn from traditional securities and commodities regulation. The program also covers governance, risk management, due diligence, and the practical use of RegTech tools for AML, sanctions, KYC, chain analytics, and market surveillance.
Unlock all three specializations at a special bundled price and earn your BLF Academy Certification.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of blockchain regulation through our full program — combining the Stablecoins, Tokenization & RWA, and Compliance courses.
