Eligibility Code of Conduct

Teams may not have more than 4 members.

Those who wish to participate in the Cybersecurity Track (CTF challenge) must also register on the CTF live site.
- In order to be eligible for the Beginner track, all members of the group must have less than one year of experience with computer programming, cyber security, electrical engineering, etc.
- In order to be eligible for the Intermediate track, all members of the group must be 2nd year and below and can not have taken and passed courses CS3610 (Intro to Data Structures) and/or EE3343 (Electronics I)
General Rules
- You cannot work on your project before the event begins.
- Do not steal another team's source code (or CTF flags), hack the event site, share CTF flags, or otherwise intentionally do anything that would actively hinder another participant.
- Please comply with all instructions from the BlossomHack organizers.
Code of Conduct
Our hackathon is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of the following:
- gender
- gender identity and expression
- age
- sexual orientation
- disability
- physical appearance
- body size
- race
- ethnicity
- nationality
- religion
- political views
- previous hackathon attendance or lack of
- computing experience or lack of
- chosen programming language or tech stack
We do not tolerate harassment of hackathon participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate at any hackathon venue, this includes the following.
- hacks
- talks, presentations, or demos
- workshops
- any parties associated to the hackathon
- social media
- any other online media
Hackathon participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the hackathon without a refund (if applicable) at the discretion of the hackathon organisers.
