FAQ

1. Is it mandatory for us to be present in person throughout the entire duration of the hackathon (March 1-2)?

You must be present for registration on March 1st (8:30am) and the award ceremony on March 2nd (5:30pm). 

2. Will accommodation be provided for the night of March 1st?

No, accomodation will not be provided on the night of March 1st. Please plan accordingly. 

3. Do all team members need to be physically present for the full duration, or is partial attendance allowed?

All team members must be present for registration. Other team members can claim prizes on behalf of absent team members at the award ceremony, though we encourage everyone to be present. 

4. Are we allowed to step out during the event and rejoin later?

Yes, you may step out and rejoin later. Please keep in mind the timings the venue will be open and important events such as the award ceremony. We will be hosting workshops throughout the event, which we encourage you to attend.
