The awards and judges welcome entries from individuals, teams, and agencies, small and large. Agency and Team Awards – all agencies and in-house teams must have an office or team located in the UK. Campaign and Innovation Awards - entrants can be located anywhere in the world as long as their entry specifically references only their success in the UK, whether that be a targeted audience or software/tool being successfully utilised by UK-based customers. Categories are divided into small and large to ensure fair competition.

To submit an entry, please download the entry form, complete it, and upload it (as a Word or PDF document) via the online entry portal found here.

All entries must not exceed 1000 words.



The 1000-word limit applies exclusively to the judging criteria/question sections of the submission. (e.g. Objectives & budget, Target audience & strategy, Implementation & creativity). The Company Description and all Supporting Documents (e.g. Infographics, links, testimonials) are excluded from this count.

All files must not exceed 2MB each.

You can upload up to three supporting documents along with your entry form.

No, you can submit an unlimited number of entries in multiple categories. We even offer discounts for multiple entries. Any organisation submitting three entries will receive an additional FREE entry. Discount will be applied automatically at checkout.

All entries made before 23:59 on Thursday, 26th March 2026 will be charged a Super Early Bird Deadline fee of £205 plus VAT per entry, which must be paid when submitting your entry or entries.



Entries submitted after the Super Early Bird Deadline will be charged the Early Bird Deadline fee of £255 plus VAT, with the deadline for submissions being Thursday, 16th April 2026.



Entries submitted after Thursday, 16th April 2026, will be charged the Final Deadline fee of £320 plus VAT and must be submitted by the Final Deadline of 23:59, Thursday, 30th April 2026.

The Super Early Bird Deadline is Thursday, 26th March 2026.

The Early Bird Entry Deadline is Thursday, 16th April 2026.

The Final Deadline is Thursday, 30th April 2026.

Any entries after this date will only be accepted at the discretion of the awards team.

The awards are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts.

The judging is a rigorous two-stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide the winning entries.

Judges prefer to see real numbers in relation to budget and results; however, percentage figures will be accepted. We understand that sharing full budget information may not always be feasible due to client confidentiality; however, we can share a confidentiality document if needed. Please email [email protected] for this document. If you cannot provide exact figures, you can use budget brackets, for example, ‘Up to 20K’ or ‘20K to 50K’ as an alternative. For judges, this approach is preferred to percentage submissions as it helps make a more accurate assessment.

The large, medium & small category split is based on the overall turnover of the agency/company submitting the entry.




- Small: Companies with a turnover of up to £10 million.

- Medium: Companies with a turnover of over £10 million and up to £30 million.

- Large: Companies with a turnover of over £30 million.



The award categories are separated in this way to ensure that the competition is fair and companies and agencies have an equal chance of succeeding.
