Teaming up with the brilliant Pop-Up Comedy and the comedy legend Jarred Christmas the Butcombe Festival of laughs, sponsored by Caffrey’s Stout, Madri and Thatcher’s, is touring 12 Butcombe pubs with special guests including Paul Thorne, Kate Lucas, Dani Johns, Hobbit and Tom Deacon.

JARRED CHRISTMAS – Our resident host is back with another spectacular line-up of comedians. Jarred is an award-winning comedian with numerous TV appearances including 8 Out of 10 Cats, Mock the Week and Celebrity Pointless…which he won (he carries the trophy with him everywhere).

PAUL THORNE – Paul can regularly be seen headlining the UK’s biggest and best comedy clubs. His well crafted material, spontaneous
wit and surreal comedy songs have earned him a reputation as a quality live performer both at home and as far afield!

KATE LUCAS – An award-winning British stand-up and musical comedian known for her razor sharp wit and darkly funny songs!

TOM DEACON – Full of energy and charisma, Tom is a British stand-up comedian, radio DJ and television presenter with over a decade of experience in the comedy world.

DANI JOHNS – Quick witted, brutally honest and full of Bristolian charm, Dani Johns is a rising star on the comedy circuit.

HOBBIT – Beatboxing legend, and member of the 2015 World Champion beatbox crew, Jack “Hobbit” Hobbs brings high energy and a fresh take on comedy!

We are really pleased to announce that Goram IPA Zero is once again the Official Non-alcoholic Beer Partner of the Bath Half Marathon, as part of a two-year partnership covering the sold-out 2025 and 2026 events.​

The partnership kicked off at the 2025 Bath Half on Sunday 16 March, where finishers enjoyed a can of Goram IPA Zero after crossing the Finish Line, and it continues into the 2026 race in the heart of the World Heritage City of Bath.​
