I have been a client of Revolut for several years. Then I moved to another country to study. All of a sudden, my account was blocked for routine verification on the day of my flight for 7 days. I couldn’t withdraw money and had no cash. Be aware that this can happen at any moment. I then spent a couple of days with the support team trying to clarify what was needed for the verification. I was asked to wait for hours and was given different information each time. Since I moved to another country, I was recommended to close my previous account and open a new one in my new country of residence. So I did as I was told. Now my application has been declined. I am a student who only shops for everyday needs and receives money from my parents, yet I am considered high risk by the bank. As the service has expanded, its quality has significantly declined, and there are many inconsistencies.

I've been a customer for a while, purchased Sweepstakes Coins, played regularly, and redeemed winnings multiple times without issue. Then my most recent redemption was canceled with a generic "ERROR" message, and instead of a full refund, they only returned a portion of the money. When I contacted support, the response made no sense. They claimed the bonus was "neither played nor resulted in a win," which is factually wrong, and said the decision is "final and cannot be changed." When I asked why they kept a portion of my funds, they refused to disclose the reason, hiding behind vague references to an automated system and a "Compliance Team." No legitimate business takes a customer's money and then refuses to explain why. The support responses felt scripted and dismissive. I'd avoid this site. If a redemption ever goes wrong, you have no recourse and no transparency.

State Farms covers my home & autos. Thirty years of paying high premiums without 1 claim for what we thought was premium insurance coverage. We were the victims of major lighting strike of a large tree in our yard. It was an explosion, blinding bright light. I was just pulling it to our driveway. I thought our house had exploded and my husband was dead. Within a month electrical problems started. Major appliances failing. Once we realized it wasn't bad luck we filed a claim. State Farm denied claim due to failure of proof . Our tree is the proof and so our are repair bills. If you have State Farm Insurance you better be wealthy or plan on draining your retirement. They take your premiums but refuse to pay claims.

I would have given no stars if I could. Booked for a slot after 10.30. They rang me the day before to say the guy would be with me between 8 and 10. When I said that wasn’t what I booked she changed it to 10.30. Then that night got a text off the guy to say he would be with me at 8am. So again I said I wouldn’t be in and to cancel and refund. Then on the day of appointment , I got a call at 8.15 to say he was on his way. 8 days later still no correspondence or sign of the £90 I’m due in refund. Awful service

I thought I had lost my money to a scam. However, when I shared my interaction with them, this company responded to me right away and answered every question and concern I had - with supporting documentation. They were pleasant, thorough compassionate, yet professional. I couldn't be more thrilled with their customer service and the positive results. This company truly cares about its customers . There are not enough stars to give them for my experience with them.

absolute splendid work from Luke, due to high winds a tree fell straight onto my prestigious gnome collection in my garden, called Luke in desperation, super glue in hand, he was running olympic speeds to my house ready to fix my gnome collection, he came skidding through my front door and superglued the tree straight back to its roots with one arm, with the other, effortlessly superglued my gnome collection back together, 10/10 would recommend this gem of a man

Went to Tesco mobile in Enniskillen, been using them for years. The customer agent was knowledgeable and helpful, sorting out the issue with my charger not working. The agent worked out it wasn't the phone and I was offered a new charger (MiTec), had my monthly contract reduced by £2.10 a month and allocated 8GB extra. All in all a satisfying experience, I'll be using them again for future phone purchases and to solve any issues I may have with the phone. A ++

Received a terrible tiny bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day from my son who is at university & probably spent at least a £20 premium for these to be posted to me. Half of the flowers were dead and I’m too embarrassed to show a photo of them to my son. He’s not to know that flower companies rip people off on Mother’s Day! Officially the worst flowers I’ve ever had!!! I’m 47 so have seen a few!!
