Rules

All submissions to the Jam must follow our Code of Conduct - which can be accessed on our website https://camgamejam.com/code-of-conduct. 

Our SFW guidelines prohibit content including: gore, detailed trauma, detailed violence, explicit sexual content, excessive sexual references, nudity and other triggering content. 

You retain all rights to any games and other content you make during the jam.

It is in the spirit of the jam to make the majority of code and assets you are using in your game during the jam however you can use any assets you are legally allowed to use as long as you credit it correctly in your submission. However, use of AI generated images/videos/music will disqualify you from winning art/music prizes but you will still be eligible for other prizes.

Ask the organisers if you have any questions on what is / is not allowed.

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

The main event prize will be judged on:

Concept (30%) + Execution (50%) + Design (20%)

We are looking for:

• Creativity in concept, and theme fit
• A fun to play game
• Cool art, music and game design

Alongside the main event prizes (1st, 2nd, 3rd) there will also be prizes for:

• Best Physical Design
• Most Unconventional Game
• Best Art
• Best Sound Design
• Most Creative Theme Interpretation
• Funniest Game
