Hi T,
You don’t need Catch Update to update the theme. If you have a license key then use click update otherwise you need to upload the latest version zip file. Please check instructions at https://catchthemes.com/faq/how-do-i-upgrade-to-a-new-theme-version-if-i-have-modified-my-theme/

Hello

I have tried updating the Catch Fullscreen Pro theme using the Catch Web Tools and the Catch Updater seems like it is not supported. I have also updated to the latest version of WordPress. I am having issues with the website and after speaking to WordPress support, they said its a bug in the theme.

Any advice?

After the recent plugin update the shortcode icon in classic editor and Catch Pop Block in Gutenberg Editor doesn’t seem to be appearing. We are working on fixing the issue. The issue will soon be fixed and an plugin update will be released. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

These instructions are not correct, the shortcode does not appear anywhere in the block editor…

“Whereas, selecting Click Open would require you to add a shortcode [catch-popup] where you want your visitors to click for the popup to appear. To get the shortcode –

In Classic Editor, visit Add New/Edit Post/Page > Catch Popup Icon available on the toolbar

For the theme, you need to contact sales team from Catch Themes at https://catchthemes.com/contact-us/. So, you need to purchase the renewal as the update is only for 1 year.

I recently took over the website for the school I work on. We are using the Adventurous Pro Theme, but it is woefully out of date. We are currently running version 1.2. When I have tried to update the theme from the WordPress dashboard I get a error saying Update Package Unavailable. I at at a loss for what to do and no-one else at my organization is able to help. Additionally I tried the Catch Web Tools Plugin, but found out it no longer allows for auto update on WordPress 5.5 which we are currently running. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Mahesh,
why can´t the image-size just be added instead of replacing an existent (for me working) image-size?
The 415*533 were perfect for my use. Now it doesn´t fit in my footer anymore, as I want it to be. I had my two team-members next to each other, now it´s in two rows.
Fancybox still doesn´t work.
Testimonial still doesn´t work as before! Can´t use the given styles on my website.
Additional issue: Title-Font-Size doesn´t change, it stays at 24, although I changed it to 15.

Never change (and break) a running system!
