The web-based IRC interface will be available during EmacsConf 2025. Please check back then. In the meantime, you can also connect to irc.libera.chat:6697 with your favorite IRC client and join #emacsconf, #emacsconf-gen, #emacsconf-dev, and #emacsconf-org.
