This two-day hackathon us a unique opportunity for you to work with other ChiSunners to brainstorm, refine and pitch an innovative idea to a panel of judges that includes a representative from four organizations of the college. The team with the best idea wins HK$1000, bragging rights and recognition in the last high table dinner. If feasible, the winning project will be implemented as well.

Problem Identification (20%)
What’s the problem? Who is facing it? Why is it happening? Is it relevant to Chi Sun College? Is there any self-collected or external data supporting this claim? -
Solution Detail (30%)
Technical Project: Is there a prototype? Does it show off the essence of the solution? Non-technical Project: Is it just an idea or a well-thought plan? Have all use-cases been considered? Are concerns of different stakeholders addressed? -
Feasibility (20%)
Is there an implementation plan? Has the team justified the project’s worthiness? Is there any research (data, survey, study or external example) proving the solution will work? -
Presentation (25%)
How’s the delivery style? Is it clear, concise and to-the-point? Is/Are the presenter(s) confident? -
Questions and Answers (5%)
Was the team able to answer the questions satisfactorily? Do we see teamwork or is it a one-person show?
