Beating the AMPS Monster

After a softball injury, 9-year-old Aamira’s pain kept getting worse—until she couldn’t walk. She was diagnosed with a rare condition called amplified musculoskeletal pain syndrome and a CHOP rehabilitation program helped her fight back.
