About the challenge
CodeForSudan aims to harness our collective expertise to create tech solutions that address real challenges facing the Sudanese population.
We're looking for:

Computer programs that deliver tangible value to Sudanese communities

Solutions across various domains including healthcare, education, finance, communication, and more

Projects can be mobile apps, websites, or any software-based tools
-
Proof-of-concept stage projects are welcome - full product completion is not required
-
AI integration is encouraged but not mandatory

Requirements
What to Build
Create a computer program that addresses a specific need within Sudanese society. Your solution can be:

A mobile application that solves a local challenge

A web platform that connects communities or provides services

A data analysis tool that offers insights for decision-making.

Any software-based solution that creates positive impact
What to Submit
Submissions are accepted in Arabic or English and must include:

Documentation - A concise one-page document (PDF format) explaining:

Expected impact on Sudanese communities

Demo Video - A video demonstration (maximum 5 minutes) uploaded to YouTube or Google Drive that clearly explains:

Why it's beneficial to Sudan

Source Code - A URL to your open-source code repository (GitHub preferred)

If you prefer to keep your code private, add "[email protected]" as a collaborator to your repository
