Overview
J systems are available for a number of platforms and can be installed and redistributed for free.
J is available as a base system plus optional addon packages.
The current release is J9.6 and there is a J9.7 beta.

Most Windows users should use the All-in-One Installer.
Most Linux, macOS, FreeBSD and OpenBSD users should use the UNIX-like install script.
