I made this, as an experiment, write in how many atoms of Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen and Nitrogen and calculate the mass and write the formula. Then work out or look up the name.
It may be useful.

This was created using the elements package under LaTeX, I used the instructions and modified some of the code within so it would embed in to a LaTeX file properly and create the required table as a pdf file.
