By the end of the hackathon, you'll have a polished project to add to your portfolio, as well as all the experience building it to discuss in future job interviews and opportunities. Not only will you improve your technical skills, but you'll learn how to collaborate in teams, communicate changes and updates, and how to integrate everyone's work together for the final deadline.
The winning teams will have their submissions added to the official website of Captivators and will be awarded exciting prizes.
Get started
Getting started is simple just join the official discord server, create a team of 2 to 4, and register for the hackathon. For any queries or doubts regarding the hackathon, you can contact the admins in the discord server.
Requirements
What to Build
It is simple, we have built the website for the club (Captivators) in that you can find cards for different groups (Codezen, Artistics Dots, Photopedia, Socialize Lives) for which you will have to create a website. You can choose either one of the groups and build a website for them. The winning websites will be incorporated into the main website.
The details on what we are expecting for each of the websites are given in this document
Go through the given document thoroughly and any of your doubts in the discord server, consider this document as a starting point, and then let your imagination flow.
What to Submit
You must create a GitHub repository with a proper readme file so the judges can review the code. Apart from this deployment of the website is a necessity. You won't be considered for the evaluations if you have not deployed the website.
Project and Submission Requirements
The project submission is to be done on Devpost and the following items are to be added to the submission:
- What you learned, and the challenges you faced
- Screenshot of the ₹15 you paid to 7906682655@paytm (not being able to do this will result in a disqualification)
- A GitHub Repository with a proper readme file
- Deployed URL
