Overview

At CodingZap, we are committed to delivering high-quality programming tutoring and academic support. If you are not satisfied with the service you received, we have a clear and fair refund process.

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue. We will respond within 1 working day and work to resolve your concern at the earliest opportunity.

Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of your service fee within 14 days of your support session or delivery in the following circumstances:

  • We were unable to deliver the requested tutoring session or support guidance before your specified deadline
  • The guidance or reference material provided was incorrect or did not address your stated requirements
  • The support provided was substantially different from what was agreed upon at the time of your request
  • You cancel your request within 2 hours of placing it, provided your stated deadline is more than 24 hours away

Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be considered within 14 days in the following circumstances:

  • The guidance provided addressed the majority of your requirements, but did not fully cover all aspects of your stated topic or concept
  • There was a technical issue on our end that affected the quality or completeness of the support delivered
  • The support session was partially completed due to circumstances outside the student’s control

Partial refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the request, the support delivered, and any evidence provided.

Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The service was delivered as agreed, and the student changed their requirements after delivery
  • The student was dissatisfied with their own academic outcome after receiving our tutoring support — CodingZap provides guidance and explanation, not grade guarantees
  • The request falls outside our stated scope of services
  • More than 14 days have passed since the service was delivered
  • A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed with your bank or payment provider before contacting us

Dispute Resolution Process

If you are dissatisfied with the support you received, please contact us directly before initiating any third-party dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and transparently.

Our dispute process works as follows:

  • Email [email protected] with your order details and a clear description of the issue
  • Our team will review your case within 1 working day
  • We will propose a resolution — either a full refund, partial refund, or additional support session — based on the circumstances
  • If you are not satisfied with our resolution after 14 days of raising the dispute with us, you are free to contact your bank, card issuer, or payment processor

Please note that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us directly within the first 14 days will disqualify your refund eligibility under this policy. We ask that you allow us to resolve the issue first.
