👥 Team Rules

Teams may consist of 1–5 members.

Teams must be finalized by Saturday, October 11th at 12:30 PM.

Team changes after the deadline are not allowed unless approved by organizers.
💻 Project Development Rules

All projects must be started from scratch during CodeFest. No pre-existing codebases.

AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) are allowed — but teams must disclose their usage in submissions if significant.

You may use open-source libraries, frameworks, or APIs as long as they are properly credited.

All work must comply with legal and ethical standards. No malicious or harmful software.

Teams may be disqualified for:

🏫 Venue Rules

The event is hosted in Classroom Wing 3rd Floor.

All campus rules and policies apply.

No staying in the venue past 11 PM on October 11.

Be respectful of shared spaces — clean up & keep noise reasonable.
