• Meet Skyriser criteria (≥25 activities a month + ≥1 Blueprint a month)
• Peer nominated for outstanding contributions

Blueprint bonus

Creating a Blueprint is required to achieve Skyriser tier and above. Blueprints demonstrate your ability to apply Pega knowledge to real-world scenarios.
