Peephole Camera help please
Hello Ring & Ring community. My dog got ahold of the (inside) cover when I was performing preventive maintenance. Unfortunately my dog chewed up the inside (room side) peephole camera cover and it no longer can protect the battery and inside portion of the camera. How can I obtain a replacement

New PoE cameras with external (non-Ring) floodlights
I have a large warehouse with existing LED floodlights, and I'd like to control these from a Ring camera. I think the Ring Spotlight Cam Wired had a grey wire to control external lights. Are there any wired (preferrably PoE) versions of the new Ring cameras that has this feature still?

No motion alerts on Pixel 8 Pro
I've switched to a new phone, Pixel 8 Pro, but am not getting any motion alerts. I have tried the following: Logged out, logged back in. Cleared cache Cleared data Deleted the app, powered down, reinstalled app All notifications are on/allowed Reset all cameras Phone is not in battery

Warranty claim for an item purchased from amazon Japan
Hi, I bought an outdoor cam via amazon Japan and would like to claim warranty. I bought it November 2025 so was told it was no longer covered by the 30 day warranty by amazon. I would fully charge it which takes 24 hours to finish up, and we can only use it for a day or a day and a half.
