I have a scenario in which I want to take an input file from the user until the user sends an "ok" message I have a scenario where I want to collect input from the user—either a file or text—until the user sends an “ok” message. I’m unable to implement this because if I use a File Input node, I don’t have access to any text the user enters instead of uploading a file, so the flow doesn’t move forward. Similarly, if the flow expects text and the user uploads a file, I can’t access the file.

This issue occurs on the WhatsApp channel.

Has anyone faced this before or found a workaround?

  1. In NLP backend bots, we can train multiple Intents, and when a specific intent is detected, the corresponding configured flow is automatically executed.
  2. In Agentic AI backend bots, we can create individual triggers for each agent. Based on these Agent triggers, the bot will execute the relevant agent.

Can someone help me build a few flows this week? Hello – I am evaluating Yellow.ai for a client

I am very comfortable with software development, workflow development, etc

I only want to save myself some time and build out 3-5 common flows for an agent that will live on my customer’s website.

I’m using the basic setup with 3 flows (default, fallback, etc) and it’s not working as well as I would expect from such a sophisticated product

So I am looking for help and am happy to pay a fair hourly rate for 1-2 hours of online support from someone that can help me setup a few example flows

It will be important to discuss the following:

  • use the knowledge I have added by scraping hundreds of pages from my client’s website (finished)
  • interact with human agent if something isn’t answered properly (I have already tested this but would like to learn more about how it can be used in production)
  • trigger external webhooks during a flow (I want to call out to n8n in some cases to integrate with other systems)
  • trigger integrations with Hubspot (there are many integrations, but this one is important)

I am using the new interface beta.yellow.ai so this will be important to keep to NOT revert back to the old interface

Can i get my Dev instance reset? I have created a dev instance and a bot and initially had it working fine in no time.     I have recently signed up to the site to explore bot building. I have been seeing the platform UI in japanese in many areas. Even the login page is full of japanese characters. Find the screenshot below:

    Workflow triggers on web but not on WhatsApp testing Hi team,

    I’ve created a workflow that triggers correctly when tested on the web version of the chatbot. However, the same workflow does not get triggered when I test it on WhatsApp (using the Yellow.ai WhatsApp test environment).

    Here are the details:

    • The workflow is set to trigger on a specific user input.
    • It works perfectly on the web testing tool.
    • When I send the same input on WhatsApp, nothing happens—no workflow activation or error message.
