At Company Distilling, we believe in the power of community and honoring those who have served our nation. This March, we are honored to announce that America’s VetDogs – The Veteran’s K-9 Corps has been selected as a recipient of our Gather Around Giving Grant.

About America’s VetDogs

Founded in 2003 by the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind, America’s VetDogs was created to provide assistance dogs to America’s wounded veterans to help them return to a life without boundaries. In 2006, it became a separate corporation, and for over 20 years, America’s VetDogs has remained committed to helping veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders with disabilities live with dignity and independence. In 2013, America’s VetDogs became only the second assistance dog school in the United States to be accredited by both the International Guide Dog Federation and Assistance Dogs International, reinforcing their reputation for maintaining the highest standards in the humane and ethical treatment of dogs.

Services Offered

  • For Veterans, Service Members, and First Responders: America’s VetDogs provides comprehensive service dog programs tailored to individual needs. They train and place service dogs for those with physical disabilities, guide dogs for individuals who are blind or have low vision, PTSD service dogs to help mitigate the effects of combat-related or work-related post-traumatic stress disorder, seizure response dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs for military sexual trauma. Students attend a two-week in-residence training program at their 10-acre campus in Smithtown, New York, where they bond with their new dog and learn to work together as a team under the guidance of highly empathetic certified trainers.
  • For Military and VA Facilities: America’s VetDogs places military facility dogs and physical and occupational therapy dogs at military medical centers, including Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. These specially trained dogs work under the supervision of therapists with wounded service members recovering from amputations, traumatic brain injuries, and other serious injuries. Reaching 150 to 250 patients per week, facility dogs help soldiers walk on prosthetic legs by providing balance, open doors for veterans in wheelchairs, and provide emotional support critical to the healing process.

Impact

Since 2003, America’s VetDogs has placed hundreds of assistance dogs with disabled veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders, transforming lives across all areas of service. While it costs over $50,000 to breed, raise, train, and place one assistance dog, all of VetDogs’ services are provided at no charge to the individual. Their commitment to excellence has earned them prestigious recognition, including the Secretary of the Army Public Service Award – the second-highest level award given to civilians for exceptional service to the Army’s missions.

Cassie Halley, Company Distilling CEO Interview

We sat down with our new CEO to discuss what it means to build a company centered on gathering exceptional spirits and the people you want to share them with.

You came from hospitality before joining Company Distilling. How does that shape how you think about bourbon?

Hospitality taught me that the best experiences happen when people feel welcomed and valued. That’s exactly what drew me to Company Distilling. Jeff, Kris, and team didn’t just build a distillery. They created gathering places. Each of our three locations has become a destination where people want to spend time, not just buy a bottle and leave. When you create spaces that feel like home, everything else follows.

You talk about creating cultures where people feel valued. What does that look like at Company Distilling?

It starts with believing that how we treat each other matters as much as what we create. I want this to be a place where people are hungry to do great work, humble enough to learn from each other, and thoughtful in how we show up for our team and our customers. When people feel connected to something larger than themselves, that’s when the magic happens, whether behind the bar at one of our locations or around someone’s dinner table with our bourbon.

Now that you’re CEO, what should people expect from Company Distilling this year?

This year is all about growth and gathering. You’ll start to see new products pulled from Jeff’s archive, seasonal cocktails we’re really proud of, and some fun updates happening inside our distilleries. Our team is growing, we’re reaching new markets, and we’re saying yes to new opportunities that help us share what we do with more people. At the heart of it, Company has always been about good whiskey and good company, and that’s not changing. If anything, we’re leaning into it even more this year.

Tell us about Company Hour. Why does this new tradition resonate with you?

It’s that intentional moment in your evening, whether it’s a single pour over one cube or carefully crafting your favorite cocktail, when you gather with people who matter, take a deep breath, and truly connect. What I love about Company Hour is its simplicity and purpose. It’s not about how much you drink or making the fanciest cocktail. It’s about pausing, connecting, and being present with friends, family or even just some quiet time alone. Anyone can make that a tradition in their own life.

What do you want people to feel when they open a bottle of Company?

Excited to share it. We make spirits worthy of the company you keep—literally. The best bottle is the one you open with people you care about. Whether it’s an evening with your neighbor or a celebration with your entire crew, the point is to enjoy it together. Life’s too short to save the good stuff for a perfect moment that may never come.

At Company Distilling, we believe that bringing people together starts with teaching our youngest generations the values of empathy, kindness, and belonging. In January, we are proud to announce that NYC Kids Project has been selected as a recipient of our Gather Around Giving Grant.

About NYC Kids Project

Established in 1981 by the NY State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, NYC Kids Project has spent over 30 years teaching children to embrace inclusion and respect for all through the transformative power of puppetry and storytelling. What began as a state-funded initiative has evolved into an independent nonprofit with an expanded mission to represent differences of all kinds.

Following state budget cuts in 2011, Co-Directors Cecilia Arana and Mindy Pfeffer transformed NYC Kids Project into an independent organization, achieving 501(c)3 status in 2014. Today, they partner with schools across New York City, with a focus on Title 1 schools, creating immersive experiences where young children can practice empathy, inclusion, and kindness by interacting with diverse characters representing many marginalized identities and abilities.

Programs Offered

For Early Learners (PreK and 1st Grade): Making Friends

This playful, interactive classroom presentation introduces young children to differences and disabilities using dolls, hand puppets, adaptive equipment, song, storytelling, and American Sign Language. Students discuss what it means to be a friend, help puppet characters navigate feelings around being teased, and learn that everyone shares the need for friendship and inclusion. Sessions run 30-40 minutes.

For Elementary Students (2nd through 5th Grade): Puppet Show

A theatrical experience featuring large, multicultural kid-sized puppets and smaller sock puppets that focuses on inclusion, differences, disabilities, and character development. Student audiences interact directly with teaching artists in engaging, honest discussions that lead to deeper, more personal understanding of belonging. Sessions run 45-55 minutes.

For Small Groups: School Residencies

Multi-week residencies for individual classes that guide students through puppet creation, puppetry techniques, improvisation, and storytelling. Weekly exercises allow students to explore issues including identity, community, bullying, and gender through their puppet characters, encouraging creativity, cooperation, and empathy. Sessions run 45-55 minutes.

NYC Kids Project teaching artists travel to schools in all five boroughs at no additional cost to schools. They offer adapted programs for NYC District 75 and inclusion classrooms, and following a successful pivot during the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual programming is now a permanent option.

Impact

Over their 30-year history, NYC Kids Project has reached more than one million children across all five boroughs of New York City. Currently, they visit over 100 classrooms per year at schools, libraries, museums, and community centers, serving 8,000 to 10,000 children annually. Their programs are intentionally designed to make children feel comfortable asking questions and processing ideas they might not otherwise know how to articulate, creating spaces for open dialogue that continues long after the puppets have left the classroom.

How You Can Support NYC Kids Project

Your support helps ensure that children across New York City have access to programs that build empathy and inclusion. Here’s how you can help:

  1. Donate: Financial contributions enable NYC Kids Project to continue providing free programming to Title 1 schools and underserved communities. Every dollar helps bring puppetry experiences to more classrooms across the five boroughs.
  2. Volunteer: Share your time and talents to support their mission. Whether you have experience in education, puppetry, or community outreach, there are meaningful ways to contribute.
  3. Spread the Word: Raise awareness about NYC Kids Project by sharing their mission with educators, parents, and community leaders in your networks. Help more schools discover this powerful teaching tool.
  4. Attend Events: Participate in fundraising events and public performances hosted by NYC Kids Project. Your attendance helps amplify their reach and impact.
  5. Connect Schools: If you know educators or school administrators who would benefit from these programs, help facilitate introductions. NYC Kids Project is always seeking new partnerships with schools committed to inclusive education.

Join Us in Making a Difference

At Company Distilling, our Gather Around Giving program empowers communities by supporting organizations like NYC Kids Project. We invite you to join us in this mission. By supporting NYC Kids Project, you contribute to building a more inclusive society where all children learn to value diversity, practice empathy, and embrace the richness of human differences.

Whether you’re new to bourbon or a seasoned sipper, the question comes up time and time again:

Is bourbon gluten free?

At Company Distilling, we believe you should know exactly what’s in your glass, especially if you’re managing a gluten sensitivity or following a gluten-free diet. With the rising interest in gluten-free alcohol options and increased demand for transparency around gluten-free labeling, it’s important to separate myth from fact when it comes to consuming whiskey or bourbon.

Here’s a friendly, flavorful deep dive into everything you need to know about gluten-free whiskey, how bourbon is made, and what that means for those avoiding gluten grains.

What Is Bourbon Made From?

Let’s start at the barrel—literally.

Bourbon is a type of whiskey that’s defined by its mash bill (the recipe of grains used to make it). By law, it must be made from at least 51% corn, but the rest of the mash often includes wheat, rye, or barley, all of which are gluten-containing grains.

That means many bourbon brands start with ingredients that naturally contain gluten.

But here’s the key: the distillation process.

Does Distillation Remove Gluten?

Yes. Even though bourbon is made from gluten-containing grains, the process of turning those grains into distilled bourbon removes the gluten proteins. During distillation, the alcohol evaporates away from the solids, including gluten, and then condenses back into liquid form. The result? A gluten free alcohol that’s generally safe for those avoiding gluten.

This is supported by the FDA, which considers distilled spirits made from gluten grains to be gluten free unless something containing gluten is added after distillation. The Celiac Disease Foundation agrees: properly distilled alcohol, even when made from wheat or barley, is safe because the gluten doesn’t make it through the process.

What About Gluten Free Labeling?

This is where things can get confusing. While bourbon can be considered gluten free, you’ll rarely see it labeled as such. That’s because of regulatory and legal nuances around gluten free labeling—especially when a product is made from a gluten containing grain.

At Company Distilling, we don’t label our bourbons “gluten free,” but we do take pride in crafting high-quality spirits that are distilled in a way that removes gluten, without adding anything afterward that could reintroduce it. If you’re consuming whiskey and concerned about gluten, always look into how it’s made, not just what’s on the label.

Is There a Risk of Cross-Contamination?

This is a fair concern. While the alcohol that makes it into your glass is gluten free by nature of the distillation process, the facilities in which the bourbon is made may process wheat, barley, or other gluten-containing grains. That means there’s a small chance of cross-contact.

If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity, you should consult your doctor before consuming whiskey, bourbon included. Your personal sensitivity and the level of trace contamination you can tolerate should always guide your choices.

Which Company Distilling Bourbons Are Distilled Gluten Free?

At Company Distilling, our three flagship bourbons are all distilled gluten free and made with transparency, tradition, and flavor in mind.

Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished with Maple Wood

Our signature pour. This one’s mellow, smooth, and layered with sweet complexity from toasted maple wood finishing. A perfect entry point for any bourbon lover.

Straight Rye Whiskey Finished with Cherry Wood

Spicy and flavorful, this bourbon brings together pepper, dark fruit, and the subtle sweetness of cherry wood for a one-of-a-kind finish.

Straight Tennessee Whiskey Finished with Apple Wood

Bright and balanced, this Tennessee whiskey is approachable and clean, with a slight smoky crispness from the apple wood.

Also, all our limited release items are considered gluten free as well.

Cask Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Unfiltered. Uncut. Undeniably bold. This high-proof favorite is big on alcohol content and even bigger on flavor—but like all our spirits, it’s distilled in a way that removes gluten.

Each of these offerings is part of our commitment to crafting incredible bourbon brands while staying true to the process that keeps our pours clean, high-quality, and approachable for a variety of lifestyles.

Gluten Free Bourbon vs Gluten Free Whiskey

While all bourbon is whiskey, not all whiskey is bourbon. But the good news? Most distilled whiskeys—whether bourbon, Scotch, or rye—are gluten free, as long as nothing is added after distillation.

If you’re seeking a gluten free whiskey option, distilled bourbon is a great place to start. Just remember to check whether the brand adds flavors or finishes that may include gluten ingredients. Some flavored whiskeys or small-batch experiments may add post-distillation elements that could pose a risk for those with gluten sensitivities.

Can You Drink Bourbon on a Gluten Free Diet?

In most cases, yes. Bourbon fits within a gluten-free diet as long as it is consumed responsibly and with full knowledge of how it’s produced. That said, the safest way to enjoy bourbon is by sticking with brands that disclose their process and commit to purity in both ingredients and handling.

At Company Distilling, we don’t use post-distillation flavorings, gluten-containing additives, or shortcuts. We keep our process clean and our pours honest, because that’s what great bourbon (and great flavor) is all about.

Tips for Consuming Whiskey on a Gluten Free Diet

If you’re exploring gluten-free alcohol options and want to enjoy bourbon safely, here are a few tips:

  • Ask Questions: Don’t hesitate to contact the distillery directly if you have concerns.
  • Avoid Flavored Whiskeys: These often contain additives that could reintroduce gluten.
  • Choose Trusted Bourbon Brands: Look for transparency in sourcing, production, and bottling.
  • Limit Risk of Cross-Contamination: Stick with distilled bourbon made by facilities that don’t also produce beer or malted beverages.
  • Check Labels: While not always present, gluten-free labeling can offer peace of mind.

Final Thoughts: Is Bourbon Gluten-Free?

Yes, as a distilled spirit, bourbon is gluten-free and generally safe for those avoiding gluten, even though it begins with gluten-containing grain like wheat. The distillation process removes gluten, and most bourbon brands (including ours) don’t add anything afterward that would reintroduce it.

Still, every person is different. If you have a gluten sensitivity, be sure to speak with your healthcare provider about consuming whiskey and whether it fits your specific needs.

And if you’re looking for a flavorful experience crafted with care, we’d love to raise a glass with you at one of Company Distilling’s three beautiful distillery locations.

Top 5 Tennessee Distilling Craft Spirits You Need to Try

Tennessee’s craft distilling scene has exploded beyond its legendary whiskey heritage, drawing inspiration from the legends of Tennessee distilling and creating a vibrant landscape of small batch spirits that rival anything produced in the country. While the state’s distilling tradition runs deep, today’s Tennessee distilleries are pushing boundaries with innovative techniques, unique botanicals, and award-winning recipes that capture the essence and spirited life of the Volunteer State.

Whether you’re a bourbon purist or an adventurous spirit seeker, these five craft distilleries represent the best of Tennessee distilling, showcasing the present vitality and ongoing evolution of the craft, each offering something truly exceptional that you won’t find anywhere else.

1. Company Distilling (Lynchburg, Thompson’s Station & Townsend) – Multi-Award-Winning Bourbon Whiskeys

Of course we’d have to put ourselves at number one! But we promise it’s not just hometown pride: our spirits genuinely stand up to the best Tennessee distilling has to offer.

With three locations across Tennessee: Lynchburg, Thompson’s Station, and Townsend, Company Distilling has become a cornerstone of Tennessee’s craft spirits movement. Founded by Master Distiller Jeff Arnett (former Jack Daniel’s Master Distiller and 2017 Master Distiller of the Year) and Kris Tatum, we bring decades of Tennessee distilling expertise to every bottle we produce.

What makes Company Distilling truly unique is our innovative approach to finishing our multi-award-winning bourbon whiskeys. Each of our flagship whiskeys is finished with a native Tennessee hardwood for a taste that’s truly one-of-a-kind—a technique that honors the state’s rich natural heritage while creating distinctive flavor profiles you won’t find anywhere else.

Our Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished with Maple Wood is where tradition meets innovation. This complex and smooth wheated bourbon blends three different wheated mash bills from three different states—two column distilled and one pot distilled—for incredible depth. Aged between 3 years 10 months and 6 years, this 90-proof bourbon enters with sweet notes of caramel and cinnamon toast paired with green apple, then finishes with a silky blend of oak and maple. The maple wood finishing adds a subtle sweetness and warmth that perfectly complements the wheated mash bill.

Taste the tradition

Our Straight Tennessee Whiskey Finished with Apple Wood (formerly Tennessee Three Wood) celebrates Tennessee’s whiskey-making heritage through the Lincoln County Process. Mellowed through maple charcoal, matured in charred white oak, and finished with toasted apple wood, this expression showcases the diversity of Tennessee’s fruit and hardwood trees. At 86.5 proof, it opens with aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, and golden raisins, then delivers a subtle blend of sweet vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, and plums with a soft warm oak finish.

Discover Tennessee’s signature finish

We also offer limited releases and single barrel selections that push the boundaries even further, including our Tennessee Three Wood Single Barrel proofed at 93.1,a number that pays homage to the area code of Lincoln County, Tennessee.

Try the 93.1 tribute release

And we’d be remiss not to mention our award-winning Ghost Rail Tennessee Dry Gin. Distilled on an open-fired alembic still using just six botanicals including locally foraged ingredients, Ghost Rail delivers a bright and clean flavor profile—citrus-forward without being sharp, with a prominent juniper note that defines its character, and herbal without overwhelming the palate. It’s equally stunning in a classic martini or a refreshing gin and tonic, proving that a Tennessee whiskey distiller can craft world-class gin too.

Explore Ghost Rail Gin

Our spirits are distilled using both traditional and innovative methods, ensuring each bottle reflects the highest standards of craft and quality.

What sets us apart is our commitment to the craft at every level. Small batches mean quality control is paramount, and our tasting rooms offer intimate experiences where you can talk directly with the distillers about the process. With production carried out on site at each of our locations in the heart of whiskey country (Lynchburg), just south of Nashville (Thompson’s Station), and at the gateway to the Smokies (Townsend), we’re perfectly positioned for your Tennessee spirits adventure.

2. Corsair Distillery (Nashville) – Experimental Innovation

Just a short drive from our Thompson’s Station location in downtown Nashville, our friends at Corsair Distillery in Nashville have earned national acclaim for their willingness to experiment. This Nashville-based operation (with a second location in Bowling Green, Kentucky) produces everything from traditional whiskeys to truly unusual spirits that challenge what you think distilling can be. Corsair also offers innovative cocktails and mixology experiences, showcasing their expertise in crafting flavorful and convenient mixed drinks.

Their Quinoa Whiskey might sound unconventional, but it’s won multiple awards for good reason, nutty, smooth, and unlike anything else in your liquor cabinet. Meanwhile, their Ryemageddon rye whiskey brings aggressive spice and bold flavor that appeals to serious whiskey drinkers. Corsair’s willingness to play with alternative grains, unique barrel finishes, and creative mash bills makes every visit an adventure.

For those seeking the best Tennessee distilleries pushing creative boundaries, Corsair is essential. Their Marathon Village location in Nashville offers tours that dive deep into their experimental process, where many of their spirits are made from scratch using unique ingredients. Perfect for combining with a visit to our Thompson’s Station tasting room!

3. Chattanooga Whiskey (Chattanooga) – Experimental Excellence

About 60 miles south of our Townsend location, these innovators in Chattanooga revived the city’s 100-year prohibition on distilling and released their first whiskey, marking a historic milestone as the first whiskey produced in Chattanooga since Prohibition. They have since become one of the most innovative producers in the state. Their Experimental Batch series releases limited runs that explore different grains, yeast strains, and barrel treatments, each offering a distinctive nose that highlights unique aromatic profiles.

The Experimental Batch 033 Triple Peat Blended Whiskey layers three different peated malts for a Tennessee whiskey with Scottish influence—smoky, complex, and utterly unique. Their core Chattanooga Whiskey 111 (formerly “1816 Reserve”) offers a high-rye bourbon mash that delivers spice, fruit, and oak in perfect harmony.

What makes Chattanooga Whiskey essential for small batch spirits TN enthusiasts is their transparency. Each experimental batch comes with detailed information about the production process, allowing drinkers to understand exactly what makes each bottle special. An easy road trip from our Townsend location, and their visitor center is absolutely worth the drive.

4. Leiper’s Fork Distillery (Leiper’s Fork) – Traditional Craft Excellence

Right in our backyard near Thompson’s Station, the picturesque village of Leiper’s Fork, just outside Franklin, is home to this gem of a distillery that focuses on small-batch, high-quality bourbon made the right way: no shortcuts, no gimmicks.

Their Tennessee Bourbon uses a high-corn mash bill and patient aging to create a spirit that’s smooth enough for newcomers but complex enough for bourbon connoisseurs. Notes of honey, oak, and dried fruit develop beautifully, and the finish lingers without harsh alcohol burn.

Leiper’s Fork represents the artisanal side of Tennessee distilling—small production runs, attention to every detail, and a commitment to quality over quantity. The distillery draws inspiration from local farm traditions, using ingredients sourced from nearby farms to reinforce their authentic, regional heritage. Their intimate tasting room experience feels more like visiting a friend’s home than a commercial operation. You can easily visit both Leiper’s Fork and our Thompson’s Station location in the same afternoon!

5. Old Forge Distillery (Pigeon Forge) – Smoky Mountain Moonshine

Our neighbors to the east, just about 20 miles from our Townsend location, Old Forge Distillery brings authentic Appalachian craft distilling to the heart of the Smoky Mountains. Located in Pigeon Forge, they’re producing award-winning spirits that honor East Tennessee’s rich moonshine heritage, shaped by generations of legendary moonshiners whose craftsmanship and stories are woven into the region’s history.

Their Mountain Laurel Moonshine is a standout, a traditional white whiskey that captures the essence of Smoky Mountain distilling without the harsh bite often associated with moonshine. Smooth, clean, and authentically crafted, it’s what shines should taste like when made by artisans who care about quality.

Old Forge also produces creative liqueurs, rum, and flavored spirits that showcase local ingredients, making them a fantastic stop for those exploring the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area. Their selection of rums highlights their commitment to quality and distinct flavors. Combined with our Townsend location, you can experience authentic East Tennessee craft spirits in a single day, all inspired by the surrounding woods that define the Smoky Mountains and the distillery’s identity.

While visiting, don’t miss their welcoming gift shop, where you can purchase spirits, souvenirs, and local products to remember your trip.

Why Tennessee Distilling Matters

Tennessee’s craft distilling renaissance isn’t just about great spirits, it’s about reviving local economies, preserving agricultural heritage, and creating products that reflect their communities. Notably, Clarksville has emerged as a key distilling location, with Glory Distilling recognized for its commitment to traditional craftsmanship and regional identity. From the Smoky Mountains to middle Tennessee, the best Tennessee distilleries are using local grains, water sources, and even botanicals to create spirits that taste distinctly of their place. Local establishments like the salt house also serve as points of interest, highlighting the area’s rich history and traditions.

The state’s craft distillers benefit from Tennessee’s limestone-filtered water (the same natural advantage that made Tennessee whiskey famous), a climate that accelerates barrel aging, and access to quality grains from local farmers. These natural advantages, combined with passionate distillers willing to experiment, have created a spirits scene that rivals anywhere in the country.

We’re raising a glass to some exciting news from Lynchburg, Tennessee: Company Distilling is featured in the 2025 Special Holiday Issue of Food & Travel Magazine.

In a beautifully shot spread titled “Autumn in Lynchburg, Tennessee,” the magazine highlights the charm of our small town: the amber glow of Tennessee whiskey, the historic town square, and the warm hospitality that keeps visitors coming back season after season. Nestled right in the heart of it all is our Company Distilling location on the square, showcased as one of the must-stop experiences in Lynchburg.

A Toast to Lynchburg

The article paints a vivid picture of Lynchburg in the fall: barbecue in the air, the colors of changing leaves across rolling hills, and the friendly pace of a town steeped in history and whiskey-making tradition. It celebrates Lynchburg as a destination where heritage, craft, and community come together, and we’re honored to be part of that story.

As the feature notes, our spot on the square has quickly become a favorite for visitors and locals looking to warm up from the autumn chill with a handcrafted cocktail and good conversation. Whether you’re exploring the Jack Daniel’s campus, strolling past the shops, or simply soaking in the scenery, our doors are open for you to sit, sip, and stay awhile.

Company Distilling on the Square

At Company Distilling, our goal has always been simple: create spaces where people feel welcome, connected, and at home over a great drink. The Food & Travel Magazine piece highlights exactly that, our Lynchburg location as a gathering place.

In the article, owner Jeff Arnett invites readers to “come gather around with us, enjoy a good cocktail, and be part of the story of this town.” That invitation is at the heart of everything we do. From our carefully crafted bourbons and whiskeys to the cocktails our team serves behind the bar, every pour is meant to be shared in good company.

National Spotlight, Local Pride

Being featured alongside iconic chef Gordon Ramsay, who graces the cover of this holiday issue, is a proud moment for our entire team. For a local, Tennessee-grown brand to be highlighted in a national publication dedicated to great food, drink, and travel is something we don’t take lightly.

This recognition shines a spotlight not just on Company Distilling, but on the people and places that make Lynchburg special:

  • The craftspeople and distillers who carry on generations of Tennessee whiskey-making.
  • The small businesses that line the square and welcome visitors from all over the world.
  • The locals who know that the best stories are shared over a good meal and a great drink.
