Prequalify as a Trade Partner with CPPI

We build long-lasting relationships and buildings. That goes for our relationship with you too. We want to build structures that are founded on trust to make way for continued success. When you prequalify to become a trade partner with CPPI, it sets the stage for us to build together over and over again.

Here is what you'll need to complete the prequalification application:

Signed W-9

When filling out the form, please include dashes in your Federal Tax ID (EIN or SSN). Example: 97-0001234 or 123-45-6789. Applications with improper Tax IDs will not be accepted.

Project References

Provide a minimum of three completed projects within the last three years. Include project name, company, contact person with their phone number and email, subcontract value, and scope of work.

Insurance Documentation

Provide all insurance program information and upload all applicable. Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Additional Endorsements.

Obtain Bonding Letter

CPPI requires a signed letter from bonding company stating your single and aggregate project limits, and your average bond rate.

Financial Statements

Provide third-party prepared financial statements of your most recent fiscal year end.

OSHA 300A Forms

Provide OSHA 300A forms and company EMR rate for the last three years.

Does CPPI have a minimum firm size for trade partner prequalification?: We build partnerships based on capability and commitment, not company size. We work with firms of all sizes to determine the best fit for our projects.
Does CPPI require all trade partners to have formalized safety processes?: All trade partners will be required to go through CPPI’s safety orientation program on each project. Additionally, if you don’t have a formal safety plan, we’ll help you put structure behind the practices you already follow and guide you toward compliance that protects everyone on site.
What can I prequalify for based on our current financial status?: We understand finances can fluctuate in this industry. Connect with us and we’ll review where you stand and help you find what works with your current capacity.
We have limited bonding capacity – will this prevent us from being able to partner with you?: Our preconstruction and project teams will target work that matches your current limits while planning for growth.
Where do we start this process?: Start with a conversation. Our team will guide you through prequalification, explain upcoming opportunities, and ensure you know exactly what to expect before day one on the jobsite.

Please keep in mind that the Primary Contact designated for prequalification must have access to complete the entire application, including financial statements, completed project details, insurance and bonding, project references, and OSHA information. TradeTapp does not allow more than one person to have access to the application, nor will the link work if it is forwarded to another recipient.
