To support teams who wish to purchase external equipment or software, we will be providing eligible participants with a reimbursement of up to £50/member when the CUES Hackathon concludes. Participants must meet the following conditions to be eligible for reimbursement:

 

  1. Reimbursement applications shall be submitted on an individual basis.
  2. The applicant must be a student at the University of Cambridge to be eligible for reimbursement.
  3. Applicants should submit the project onto DevPost before 4:30 pm GMT on 7 March Sunday.
  4. The project must be presented as a Devpost submission which is to be accepted by the CUES Events Committee.
  5. Applicants should join the Ending Ceremony on 7 March 2021
  6. Submit scanned/digital copies of the receipts via a dedicated Google Form posted on the Ending Ceremony.
  7. CUES reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of costs that are substantially unrelated (food, travel, etc) to the project as shown on the Ending ceremony.
  8. CUES reserves the rights to modify, cancel and limit the reimbursement terms.
