This ddownload.com Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which ddownload.com ("we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Important: We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
Pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind of offensive images or videos are prohibited. Copyrighted material is also strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete images or videos at any time without User notification.
ddownload.com is committed to cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.
1.1 Unlimited Network Ltd provides its services exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as "Ts&Cs". The provisions contained in these Ts&Cs do not constitute any rights for the benefit of third parties.
1.2 Unlimited Network Ltd reserves the right to amend the provisions of these Ts&Cs with future effect without the User's prior consent, provided such amendment is reasonable for the User under consideration of Unlimited Network Ltd's interests. We give notice of such amendments within the scope of our services and will make such amendments public and accessible via www.ddownload.com/tos.html. If the User uses the service after the amendment date, the User agrees to the amended Ts&Cs.
1.3 The User is obligated to acknowledge that all rights to our service, including industrial property rights, are the exclusive property of Unlimited Network Ltd. The above provision applies in no event to files/content stored/uploaded by the User. The User is not authorized to exploit or use such rights or to remove any references to our copyrights in any event without our express written consent.
1.4 These Ts&Cs and any agreements entered into based on these Ts&Cs are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the rules of International Private Law, as well as any reference to such provisions and rules is excluded.
1.5 The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from or in connection with these Ts&Cs is, to the extent permitted by law, Hong Kong. Unlimited Network Ltd is, however, entitled to enforce judicial orders at the seat of the User.
1.6 Should a provision or several provisions of these Ts&Cs be or become invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this does not affect the validity and/or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Ts&Cs.
2.1 The User must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, to create an account or use our services. By registering for an account, the User represents and warrants that they meet this age requirement.
2.2 Each User is permitted to maintain only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
2.3 The User undertakes to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Ts&Cs and may result in immediate account termination.
2.4 The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The User must notify us immediately at [email protected] if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the User's failure to secure their credentials.
2.5 The User is not authorized to transfer, sell, lease, or otherwise provide their account to any third party.
3.1 Unlimited Network Ltd provides its Users access to a cloud-based file hosting and storage service. The service enables Users to upload, store, and share files via unique, private download links. We are generally authorized to permit only registered Users the use of certain services.
3.2 The User has, in general, a claim to the uninterrupted availability of the service. We will use our best efforts to warrant service availability 24 hours a day and seven days a week, targeting a 99.9% uptime. We reserve the right to restrict the contractually agreed services for the purpose of security related measures, such as maintenance or technical innovations.
3.3 In the event of availability interruptions it is possible that a certain number of requests cannot be recorded and/or logged. Such event does not constitute any claims of the User to warranty or damages or compensation of expenses/costs.
3.4 Unlimited Network Ltd is not obligated to provide its services in the event of force majeure. Force majeure events can include:
3.5 Unlimited Network Ltd may perform changes to our service design and structure, as well as to service upkeep or improvement in the form of technical innovations and/or to implement up-to-date software versions, at any time.
4.1 Files, which the Uploader/User uploads/stores and which we store on behalf of the Uploader/User, are considered to be external third party information. This information is not the property or responsibility of Unlimited Network Ltd.
4.2 If the Uploader/User uploads files that link from external third party internet offerings / third party web pages via hyperlinks, we also consider such information to be external third party information. This information is not the property or responsibility of Unlimited Network Ltd.
4.3 Unlimited Network Ltd is, in particular, not responsible for such external third party information, if we have no knowledge of any unlawful acts or the unlawfulness of such third party information.
4.4 The User is not entitled to any remuneration for the uploading/storing of files, unless remuneration is agreed between the User and Unlimited Network Ltd through our affiliate program, subject to separate Affiliate Terms and Conditions published at ddownload.com/pages/affiliate-terms.html.
4.5 The platform operates on a strictly private, link-based model. There is no public file directory, no on-site search function, and no content discovery mechanism. Files are accessible only through unique alphanumeric URLs generated at upload. Our technical architecture prevents download pages from being indexed by search engines.
5.1 The User is, in general, not authorized to upload or store files and/or make files publicly available using our service that do not comply with these Ts&Cs and/or applicable law. The Uploader represents/guarantees that it possesses all required rights as owner or in the form of a utilization right to the files/content/information uploaded/stored.
5.2 Incompatible with these Ts&Cs are, in particular, files/content/information that:

5.4 Should the User grossly or repeatedly violate these Ts&Cs and/or applicable laws, we are authorized to block the User's access to our service, in part or in whole, or to extraordinarily terminate the User's agreement in grave cases. In such cases, any outstanding affiliate earnings shall be forfeited.
5.5 The User indemnifies Unlimited Network Ltd from and against all claims of third parties that such third parties assert based on any violation of their rights by the User due to any infringements.
5.6 Unlimited Network Ltd will take measures to protect intellectual property rights or third party rights to the extent reasonable and feasible. We use automated hash-based filtering systems (MD5/SHA1 fingerprinting) to prevent re-upload of content that has been previously removed due to a DMCA takedown or AUP violation. Blocked file fingerprints are maintained permanently and enforced across all servers in our infrastructure.
6.1 Unlimited Network Ltd respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its Users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.
6.2 If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded to our service without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent at [email protected]. Detailed information about our DMCA process is available at ddownload.com/pages/copyright.html.
6.3 We provide an Advanced Takedown Tool to authorized agents who hold valid Letters of Authority (LoA) from rights-holding companies, enabling batch processing of takedown requests with automated hash-based blocking of removed content.
6.4 Repeat Infringer Policy: Users who receive three or more valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period will have their account suspended and all pending affiliate earnings forfeited. Repeat infringers are permanently banned from the platform.
6.5 We maintain a public Transparency Report at ddownload.com/pages/transparency-report.html that provides statistics on content removal requests and actions taken.
7.1 These Ts&Cs do not obligate Unlimited Network Ltd to pass on or provide an overview of the available/stored files under our service.
7.2 Unlimited Network Ltd does not open and/or inspect the Users' stored files/content/information, unless we are required to do so based on official or judicial orders, or unless automated systems detect a violation of these Ts&Cs. We do not catalog the aforementioned files/content/information or list it in tables of content.
7.3 Unlimited Network Ltd will not disclose to third parties the information under which Internet address files/content/information stored/uploaded by a User can be accessed using our service, unless we are obligated to disclose such information based on statutory or official orders.
7.4 We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect stored files against unauthorized access, including TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, and 24/7 infrastructure monitoring. All data is stored on company-owned hardware in professional colocation facilities.
8.1 Should the User's stored/uploaded files/content/information violate applicable laws or these Ts&Cs, we are authorized to refuse the storing/uploading of such files/content/information in advance or to store such files/content/information under a different link.
8.2 Unlimited Network Ltd is authorized to delete files/content/information stored/uploaded by a User who uses our service free of charge, if the volume provided to the User is exceeded, if the files have not been accessed for an extended period, or if the agreement is terminated.
8.3 Unlimited Network Ltd expressly indicates that the User has no claim whatsoever to a perpetual and/or unlimited storage of its files/content/information.
9.1 Premium subscriptions grant the User access to enhanced technical features including faster download speeds, increased storage capacity, parallel downloads, and an ad-free experience. Payments are exclusively for access to these technical features and cannot be regarded as a file content purchase.
9.2 Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on the premium page. Available payment methods may vary by region. All payment methods are processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment card data on our servers.
9.3 Premium subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation. The subscription period begins on the date of activation and runs for the duration selected by the User (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 365 days).
9.4 Refund Policy: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Users may contact our support team at [email protected] to request a refund. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours. Refunds are generally not issued for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
9.5 Chargebacks: Users who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may have their account suspended pending investigation. Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in permanent account termination.
9.6 Unlimited Network Ltd reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect active subscriptions; the new pricing applies only upon renewal or new purchase.
10.1 We operate a proprietary anti-fraud system that monitors all transactions in real time. This system includes velocity checks, IP geolocation analysis (via MaxMind GeoIP), sanctions screening (via OpenSanctions API), multi-account detection, and BIN-level card blocking.
10.2 We reserve the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that our fraud detection systems flag as suspicious. Users whose transactions are flagged may be required to provide additional verification before the transaction is processed.
10.3 Transactions from sanctioned jurisdictions or involving sanctioned individuals or entities are automatically blocked. We screen all transactions against applicable international sanctions lists.
10.4 Any attempt to circumvent our fraud prevention measures, including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or coordinated abuse, will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
11.1.1 The User undertakes to provide its data/information required for the conclusion of the agreement and/or utilization truthfully and completely.
11.1.2 The User undertakes to ensure that they regularly check their e-mail inbox and that only the User has access to the stated e-mail inbox.
11.1.3 The User guarantees that the requirements for the flawless utilization of our services regarding hardware and software, as well as the connection to the Internet are met and available.
11.1.4 The User is responsible for taking precautions to secure their system. The User applies software to provide protection against malicious software. We are not liable or responsible for any damages caused by malicious software.
11.2.1 The User guarantees that it will treat its access data confidentially and that it will not disclose such data to third parties.
11.2.2 In the event that there is reason for the assumption that third parties or unauthorized persons have gained knowledge or access to the User's access data, the User is obligated to notify us of such circumstances without undue delay.
11.2.3 The User is not authorized to provide its access/account to a third party. Lease or sale is not permitted.
11.3.1 Unlimited Network Ltd may amend the registration agreement, including these Ts&Cs, at any time, provided such amendment is reasonable to the User.
11.3.2 We will notify the User of the intent to amend the agreement at least eight weeks prior to such amendment entering into force.
11.4.1 The registration agreement is, in general, concluded for an indefinite period. The User may terminate the agreement with a notice period of 14 calendar days to month's end.
11.4.2 In the event the agreement is terminated, we are authorized to delete all of the User's data, including the deactivation of the User's profile, without prior notice. The User has no claim whatsoever to the return of its data after the termination of the agreement. We recommend that Users download any files they wish to retain before account termination.
11.4.3 Termination of the agreement does not entitle the User to a refund of any unused portion of a premium subscription, except where required by applicable law.
11.5.1 Unlimited Network Ltd is authorized to block the User's access to the service in whole or in part, in particular to:
Advertising design and its presentation and publishing is the sole responsibility of Unlimited Network Ltd at its own discretion. This applies, in particular, during the downloading period. Premium subscribers are exempt from advertising as part of their subscription benefits.
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Users. The collection, processing, and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, published at ddownload.com/privacy.html. By using our service, the User acknowledges and agrees to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant legislation in the jurisdictions in which we operate. For details on your rights regarding your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
14.1 Unlimited Network Ltd is not liable for expenditures or damages or recourse claims, in particular for damage claims for lost profits or reimbursement of consequential and indirect damages. Our liability pursuant to mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected therefrom.
14.2 Unlimited Network Ltd is not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to files stored by Users, except where such loss is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14.3 The User acknowledges that our service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the service.
14.4 In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Unlimited Network Ltd exceed the amount paid by the User for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
A "User" is defined as a natural person, who uses or has used our services.
An "Uploader" is defined as a User, who uploads or has uploaded files to our service.
A "Premium Subscriber" is defined as a User who has purchased a premium subscription plan.
"DMCA" refers to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, as amended.
"KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required for affiliate program payouts.
16.1 Unlimited Network Ltd maintains compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, sanctions laws, and other financial crime prevention requirements.
16.2 We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our Child Protection Policy is published at ddownload.com/child-pornography.html. Any content identified as CSAM is immediately removed and reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
16.3 Users may report abusive content or violations of these Ts&Cs via our abuse reporting system at ddownload.com/abuse.html or by email to [email protected]. We aim to respond to all abuse reports within 24 hours.
16.4 We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies upon receipt of valid legal process or where we are otherwise legally required to do so.
