  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
  • Site and Test Data: URLs, test configurations, authentication credentials (encrypted at rest), and test instructions you provide for your verification tests.
  • Artifacts: Screenshots, HTML snapshots, console logs, and network logs captured during test execution.
  • CI/CD Metadata: Commit SHAs, branch names, author information, and deployment metadata received through webhooks.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. We collect this data through analytics tools (see Analytics section below).

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Deploy Verify service.
  • Execute browser automation tests on your behalf using AI-powered tools.
  • Generate failure diagnoses and suggested fixes when tests fail.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription.
  • Send you notifications about test results and account updates.
  • Respond to your support requests and communications.
  • Analyze usage patterns to understand how features are used and where users encounter difficulties.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse.

Analytics

We use PostHog, a product analytics platform, to understand how our service is used and to improve the experience for all users. PostHog collects:

  • Page views and navigation: Which pages you visit and how you move through the application.
  • Feature usage events: When you create or edit tests, use the AI Writing Assistant, or run tests. These events include identifiers like test and site IDs but do not include the content of your tests or instructions.
  • Session recordings: Replays of your browsing sessions within Deploy Verify, which help us identify usability issues. Session recordings do not capture passwords or sensitive form inputs.
  • Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, and screen size.

Analytics data is associated with your account to provide a personalized experience and to help us understand usage across different subscription tiers. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Test artifacts (screenshots, HTML, logs) are retained according to your plan tier:

  • Starter: 7 days
  • Plus: 30 days
  • Pro: 90 days

After the retention period, artifacts are permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate our platform, including AWS (cloud infrastructure and browser automation), Stripe (payment processing), PostHog (product analytics), and email delivery providers.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest and in transit.
  • Encrypted storage of site authentication credentials.
  • Secure payment processing through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant).
  • Regular security reviews and updates.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  • Export your test configurations and results.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.
  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
