To ensure fairness, transparency, and a positive experience for all participants, the following rules must be strictly followed:

• All projects must be built from scratch during the hackathon timeline

• Use of pre-existing, plagiarized, or previously submitted projects is strictly prohibited

• Teams must adhere to the defined schedule, submission deadlines, and judging criteria

• Participants are expected to maintain professionalism and follow the code of conduct at all times

• Any form of misconduct, cheating, or violation of guidelines may result in immediate disqualification

• Decisions made by judges and organizers will be final and binding

For in-person or hybrid events, all attendees must also follow safety and behavioral guidelines to ensure an inclusive and respectful environment.
