• Dates: DevHacks 2025 runs Saturday 20 Sept 8:30AM, with hacking starting at 11:30AM and final submissions due by Sunday 21 Sept 12:00PM.

  • Eligibility: Open to all university students and recent graduates. Beginners are welcome! Teams of up to 4 members.

  • Team Size: Minimum 1, maximum 4. Maximum for Clozyt track - 2.

  • Project Requirements:

    • All code, design, and content must be created during the hackathon.

    • Pre-existing open-source libraries, APIs, and frameworks are allowed.

    • No plagiarized or previously submitted projects.

  • Judging:

    • Teams are scored with weighted rubrics (100 points total).

    • Special categories are scored separately.

    • Scores are averaged across multiple judges.

    • Ultimate decision stands in the favour of the Rulebook and the Judges.
  • Submission Deadline: All projects must be submitted to Devpost before the deadline to be eligible. Deadline 12:00PM Sunday 21 September, 2025.

  • Code of Conduct: All participants must follow the ASU & DevLabs Code of Conduct. Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Admin Review: Organizers reserve the right to disqualify teams for rule violations.
