A Learning Experience

Inspiration

I wanted to make a Club Penguin rip-off hosted on the website, but I have no clue how to build a web game. So I just made the website instead :)

What it does

It doesn't do much. The main feature is the theme changing the font and background colors.

How we built it

I used VSCode and Replit, with a little help from Google ;)

Challenges we ran into

I made a LOT of mistakes, which took me a good 2 hours to fix everything because I can't read closely. Just a few typos cost hours of my precious time I could have spent gaming.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I made a theme switcher!

What we learned

I learned that debugging is a terrible experience. Trial and error is good, but dumb mistakes are definitely not.

What's next for A Learning Experience

I want to keep adding to the website and developing it more using new skills I will learn in the future. That way, the website will be a marker for my progress.
