Inspiration
We created this platform because some of our friends had made money from wholesaling. Even some of our team members attempted it, but the greatest obstacle for carrying it further was cold calls to input warm leads into the sales funnel for sourcing properties to wholesale and buyers who would purchase those properties. We realized that voicemails have a 5% callback rate and, given a large enough lead list that is automatically procured, could play a numbers game to input a massive amount of warm leads into a sales funnel so our friends and wholesale real estate sales teams can focus on what they do best: closing warm deals.
What it does
We provide a comprehensive solution for real estate wholesalers, integrating the acquisition of property owner and wholesale buyer lead lists with cutting-edge AI-generated voicemail technology. Our platform streamlines the lead generation process by automating outreach and effectively identifying warm leads through callbacks. This enhances the efficiency of both acquiring properties for wholesaling and finding potential buyers. Our unified approach simplifies the wholesaling process, making it more efficient and user-friendly for our team and clients in the off-market real estate sector.
How we built it
We built our platform using Streamlit for the front-end development of our MVP, providing an intuitive and efficient user interface. For the AI-driven voicemail component, we integrated the ElevenLabs API, which generates human-sounding voices into mp3 files. These voices are used in voicemail templates that are personalized with data such as the first name and property address of property owners and wholesale buyers. For the actual delivery of these voicemails, we employed Twilio's robust capabilities to automate the calling process and ensure that the voicemails are accurately placed in the recipients' inboxes. This combination of technologies allows us to offer a seamless and effective solution for real estate wholesalers.
Challenges we ran into
In the development of our MVP, the primary challenges we faced involved the integration of Streamlit, ElevenLabs API, and Twilio. While we utilized a default voice from ElevenLabs without customization, a significant portion of our effort was directed towards ensuring seamless integration and communication between these technologies. A notable issue we encountered was with the voicemail functionality—initial attempts to leave voicemails resulted in silence, and it took us 3-4 hours of debugging to identify the problem. The solution required using a slightly different API than initially planned. Additionally, designing a user-friendly interface on Streamlit that supports complex features like lead list management and voicemail template customization was also a critical aspect of our development work.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
As we developed our platform, we are particularly proud of a few key accomplishments: the successful integration of diverse technologies such as Streamlit, ElevenLabs API, and Twilio, which was fundamental to the platform's functionality; our ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve a challenging technical issue with the voicemail delivery system; the development of a user-friendly interface in Streamlit that adeptly balances complex functionalities with ease of use; and our innovative application of AI technology using the ElevenLabs API to generate effective, human-sounding voicemails.

We enhanced our problem-solving and debugging skills, particularly through challenges like the silent voicemail issue. The project underscored the significance of designing a user-friendly interface, balancing complex back-end processes with ease of use. We also discovered the vast potential of AI in communication, especially using AI-generated voicemails for business efficiency. Additionally, the entire process was a testament to the necessity of adaptability and continuous learning in the realm of technology-driven solutions.
