Inspiration Ever forgot to write down your math homework for the weekend, and late on a Sunday night, find yourself scrambling to post on Facebook asking for it, hoping that someone will respond? Tried to organize a group Skype call, but someone’s mic doesn’t work, or someone’s video chat isn’t enabled? Well, the solution is right in front of your eyes; AgendaPlus.

AgendaPlus serves as a social hub for connecting with classmates and peers. Our app offers 4 main functions as of now, although far more will be added as development continues. You can write notes on a private Notepad, create a Class and add classmates, chat and message members of each of your classes, and set reminders for events on a Calendar.

I designed and built the backend completely. I also got Firebase Authentication and Realtime Database working by myself. Furthermore, I designed and coded whole specific parts/modules of the app, including the main features: classes, homework, chatroom, sharing notes/due dates, and the classroom information. I also redesigned the notes to make them compatible with storing on Firebase Realtime Database.

I worked on the entire's apps material design and UI changes. I created a notes application with data persistence(with the ability to store multiple notes) and export them to the cloud. I added a calendar Activity, and a study timer to the app as well.

As this was my first project using Android app development, I worked on the study stopwatch functionality and collaborated in designing the UI of the log-in page and home screen of the app.
