Inspiration

In today’s video-driven marketing world, brands are under immense pressure to produce distinctive, emotionally resonant content, and fast. But the traditional process is painfully slow and expensive. A single 30-second video can take weeks and cost thousands of dollars in coordination, revisions, and production.

AI tools promised to fix this, yet most marketers discovered that working with current video models is clunky and generic. They require repetitive inputs, lack contextual memory, and fail to understand brand nuance.

We asked ourselves:

What if AI could feel like a creative team, not a tool?
What if each stage of the creative process, strategy, direction, writing, and storyboarding, could be handled by intelligent agents working together, guided by your brand’s DNA?

What It Does

AgentVerse Studio is an intelligent, collaborative video production ecosystem. Instead of typing endless prompts, you step into a studio of four specialized AI agents working in harmony:

  1. Clara: The Brand Strategist
Clara begins by analyzing your website, tone, and visuals. She extracts your brand’s voice, values, and visual DNA, encoding it into a structured representation.

  2. Ava: The Creative Director
Using Clara’s analysis, Ava develops multiple creative directions, four storylines complete with characters, settings, and moods that align with your identity.

  3. Theo: The Screenwriter
Once you select a concept, Theo writes a time-stamped script detailing each shot and transition, ensuring narrative coherence and brand resonance.

  4. Arlo: The Storyboard Artist
Finally, Arlo visualizes Theo’s script into a storyboard, generating each frame in the brand’s color palette and emotional tone.

Then, AgentFrame Studio synthesizes these frames into a full 30-second brand video, complete with soundtrack and transitions.

Throughout, the user remains in control; you can revise, iterate, or redirect any agent’s output without losing context.

How we built it

At the beginning, we focused on the agent design, nailing down a workflow. Next, we focused on the UX, we wanted our design to feel transparent, where the user feels fully aware of the design process. With the design finished, we wrote the backend and front end.

Challenges we ran into & What we learned

Stitching videos together, time-crunch

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Teamwork, collaboration, and creative problem-solving, speed. Creating a collaborative user experience that feels like teamwork, not tool use.
