Alpha Gogh

Alpha Gogh is an AI generator to make the perfect photo for your presentation! Having the right images for your slides can make or break a presentation. Alpha Gogh is a Canva extension which lets you type what you want - directly in the Canva editor - and Alpha Gogh will in a matter of seconds - generate an entirely new image for you.

Alpha Gogh has a Canva app frontend written in JavaScript, which communicates with the backend image generator with a python flask backend that uses the stable diffusion image generation model.

Project motivation

Our project solves a problem anyone who's ever made a presentation has experienced: finding good images to go along with it. You often know exactly what you want, but just can't find it.

Our Canva extension allows you to, directly inside Canva, have our AI generate a completely original image based off your prompt.

We have a fully functional prototype working off the live AI model recently released by stable diffusion!

We implemented our prototype with a Canva app frontend written in JavaScript, which communicates with the backend image generator with a python flask backend that uses the stable diffusion image generation model.

Canva apps can't be shared publicly without going through approval, but if you follow our Github repo you can set up the app yourself in about an hour.
