Inspiration 💡

After speaking to previous CapitalOne employees, we were informed of the Be Well Rewards program which challenged employees to be more sustainable and take better care of their health. We felt that this was very important to promote financial and personal well-being in the fintech industry. In a world where corporate sustainability often feels like abstract numbers and distant goals, we wanted to create a solution that makes environmental impact personal, visible, and engaging. bons.ai transforms everyday business transactions into tangible environmental actions, helping employees see their direct impact on sustainability goals while making the process engaging and rewarding. By gamifying sustainability, we empower businesses and individuals to make smarter, eco-conscious decisions while fostering a culture of accountability and progress.
