I like making friends on the internet.
What it does
The Ove system enables users to connect with one another via a traditional friend request model and share and discover content and people through posting channels.
How we built it
Read the Rust book, read the Near SDK docs, designed contract logic, built out wireframes in figma, implemented contract code, and implemented front end in Elm.
Challenges we ran into
Understanding Near contract state and upgrades took a bit.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Integrating IPFS with Near was really cool.

What's next for 0ve
Scale the file system. Design and implement user sourced governance of network and move the operator powers into a DAO. Fees should be calculated dynamically or via an oracle.
