Inspiration
Ever had food go moldy in your fridge? We decided to make an app that alerts you to upcoming expiration dates, and lets you keep track of what you have in your fridge!
How it works
A main list keeps track of what you have, and contains names and expiration dates.
Challenges I ran into
Considering we had no idea what swift or Xcode was before we started, learning to program while we were programming was quite a challenge!
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
We made a working app with the basic features we planned on.
What I learned
We learned how to write a basic app in swift, and how the basic structure of the program works. We also learned more about the syntax and framework of swift.
What's next for Best Before
Many more features! We plan on integrating categories, color changing list elements, notifications, and even publish it in the app store.
