Are you tired of not understanding your shark friend. Don't worry! We created an app that will allow you to communicate with your friend. It's a shark-translator. Just record a voice note and we will translate it to "shark".

And there's more. Also, a shark will be able to translate to "human" what they is trying to say.

Inspiration

We decided to make a translator in order to get closer to sharks, and they can get closer to us. The idea comes from a team meeting when we where talking about have conversation with sharks, and then big question occurs: What are sharks saying? Are they friendly?

What we learned

As a team, we became more united after this. About technical knowledge, we learned a bit of audio processing in Python, mobile development with Flutter and some front end skills.

The challenges

This was our first experience with and online hackaton, and the main problem was coordination with times and communication. Also, everybody decided to use a new framework or programming language as a challenge, so we were struggling with getting used to coding, planning the final product and testing.
