Chatbots Solve Loyalty Program Friction Points: Conversational AI, can help us design an efficient tool to track rewards and any consumer intentions/behaviors in real-time. AI Chatbots also meets consumers where they actively engage, daily: in messaging apps, social media and the web.

Also, Intelligent chatbots for loyalty programs can connect to every system and external APIs. Easily track costumer journey, touch points in every way, time and location they’ve interacted with brands.

We use the open source NLP framework Jovo to build the conversational experience and extract data from the users conversations.
