We provide a sophisticated web service layer that pre-processes the data through both image processing to do things like 'people and/or animal counting' and 'temperature mapping' and big data analysis by taking individual frames of a stream of data and running them through linear regression and other big data analysis generating rich dashboard UI's that assist Infrared data buyers in their research and decision making.
My day job involves Bitcoin & the Blockchain and the ability to provide an auditable and legally verifiable timestamped data alongwith a micro transaction payment layer that can underpin the torrent of sensor data that the Internet of Things will produce is a massive business opportunity. Flir one allows one to easily and rapidly enter such a market by building a marketplace for specialized data.
