How we built it

The platform was built on the Avalanche blockchain, known for its high throughput and low transaction costs. Smart contracts adhering to the ERC721 standard were implemented to create and manage the NFT-based block passes. The integration of Chainlink Price Feeds ensures real-time and accurate pricing information, while the use of VRF (Verifiable Random Function) V2 enhances the security and unpredictability of Limited Edition ticketing events.

Challenges and Accomplishments:

The development of Brick presented challenges, including smart contract complexities, integration of external services like Chainlink Price Feeds, and VRF (Verifiable Random Function) V2 ensuring a seamless user experience. Overcoming these challenges is a testament to the team's technical expertise and dedication. Accomplishments include the successful implementation of a secure and user-friendly platform.

What we learned

The development of Brick provided valuable insights into blockchain-based ticketing systems, smart contract development, and the integration of external oracles like Chainlink. The team gained a deep understanding of the nuances of creating a decentralized platform that caters to both organizers and users

What's next for Brick

Looking forward, Brick aims to continually enhance its features and user experience. Plans include further optimizations, community engagement initiatives, and exploring additional blockchain advancements. The integration of emerging technologies will keep Brick at the forefront of decentralized event ticketing, setting new standards for transparency, security, and accessibility.
