Inspiration

We were inspired by twitters mute functions as well as the party theme for the event!

What it does

@Bot_Bouncer collects a list of words to mute and by using twitter's API, will delete all messages that include words present in the users inbox periodically.

How we built it

We used python for the entire project as well as heroku for hosting the web app and django to build the web app.

Challenges we ran into

Our major challenge was working around the rate limits on twitter. We planned to add a function to mute images as well, but as we were rate limited we needed to scrap that aspect to finish the code by the deadline.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

A system for comparing images from tweers Receiving images from direct messages, this was a huge challenge
