Inspiration

The tediousness of the USF registration system is what inspired our work

What it does

It makes the registration process more intuitive and less intimidating

How we built it

We created a website which would have access to a database of user info, which then converts that info into a simple to follow flowchart of your class selections

Challenges we ran into

Connecting our database to the website front-end posed quite a challenge

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Finally seeing the back-end and the front-end connect, after HOURS of pain and programming

What we learned

How to collaborate with a team and how to split up work amongst a team. Also that with enough YouTube tutorials, anything is possible

What's next for BullSys

Fully developing the database connection to the flowchart system, as well as continuing with a easy-to-edit schedule that allows for one to see all of the possible combinations of their selected classes, as well as general access to all important student information, in a simple to understand and intuitive manner.
