CalPilot.ai is an intelligent calendar system we designed and programmed to remove the hassle from day-to-day planning. Instead of acting like a static planner, it uses adaptive logic to organise tasks, highlight priorities, and recognise user patterns, keeping the interface clean while still giving meaningful structure. This project solves a crucial problem: people spend too much time manually arranging their schedules. CalPilot.ai reduces that friction by automating repetitive decisions, generating clearer timelines, and helping users focus on what actually matters rather than on scheduling tasks.

CalPilot was developed using a structured pipeline that connects natural-language processing with real time calendar operations. Each user request is first analysed to extract and classify intent, event details, dates, times, attendees, and any uncertainties. This robust back-end design is integrated with a user friendly front end interface made using Flask for user convenience. Throughout the entire workflow, we record latency, token usage, confidence scores, and success rates, which allows us to evaluate the agent’s performance.
