Inspiration
CapyCode was inspired by the need to innovate technical interviews, making them efficient and insightful for both candidates and interviewers.
What it does
CapyCode is a web app that provides real-time feedback on code during technical interviews, without giving away answers. The data is sent with the help of Redis to Streamlit for recruiters to analyze.
How we built it
CapyCode uses Next.js for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, and integrates Streamlit.
Challenges
We faced challenges integrating continuous feedback, continuous integration via GitHub actions, ensuring accuracy, and handling sensitive data.
Accomplishments
We're proud of creating an app that enhances technical interviews, saving time and providing insightful feedback.
What we learned
We learned about interview challenges, meaningful feedback, and improved our web development, API integration, AI knowledge and project management skills.
What's next
We would like to continue with this project because we feel that it can really make a difference especially with more time and resources.
