Our project, careerAi, empowers individuals to navigate their career journeys with clarity and confidence. Using Generative AI, we provide personalized pathways for students and professionals, tailoring advice based on each person’s educational background, skills, and ambitions. Whether someone is a high school graduate figuring out their next steps or a professional seeking to advance or pivot, our platform offers specific, actionable guidance to help them reach their goals.

By analyzing education, experience, and industry trends, our AI-driven system creates a roadmap unique to each user. This includes suggested courses, certifications, skill-building opportunities, and career milestones to achieve their aspirations. More than just helping users land a job, careerAi focuses on long-term career growth, guiding them through the steps required to succeed in their desired fields.

How we built it

We built careerAi using:

React: For a responsive and interactive front-end interface.
Tailwind CSS: To design a modern, user-friendly UI with minimal effort.
Hugging Face’s Mistral-Nemo-Instruct 2407: As the core AI model for generating personalized career advice and analyzing user input.
API Integrations: We connected with multiple external services for job trends, certification programs, and course recommendations, ensuring users receive the most up-to-date information.
